Home to the building's one fireplace, which makes this the pick for anything that wants to feel cosy rather than cavernous; think engagement parties, smaller celebrations, or a winter booking where the fireplace does half the decorating for you.
THE BARTENDER’S ROOM - CAPACITY UP TO 20
The most private and intimate space in the building. Best for smaller groups who want their own room without needing 50 people to fill it- think a close friend’s birthday, a small team dinner, or an engagement that's more "just us" than "the whole office."
What About The Balcony?
The Balcony (capacity 10) is an add-on to another space rather than a standalone hire; a nice extra if you've already got one of the four rooms and want an outdoor moment as well, not a room you can book on its own.

Wine Bar or Wine Cellar for big groups (up to 50), Shanghai Lounge for cosy-but-still-sizeable (up to 35, that fireplace), Bartender's Room for small and intimate (10–20).
