Underground, a little unhinged (in the best way), and big enough for everyone you actually wanted to invite. The Wine Cellar holds up to 50 people, which makes it the one to book when "just a few drinks" has quietly turned into a full guest list.
It's got its own energy: low light, close quarters, good acoustics for a playlist that actually gets played loud. Birthdays that need a real dance floor moment, work parties that shouldn't feel like work, launches, takeovers, whatever you're planning that deserves more than a corner of a normal bar.
