Our exclusive cocktail masterclass experience is held inside our exclusive Bartenders Room, where guests gather around the Bartenders Table to shake their own cocktails with our master mixologist for the session.
Depending on the class you select, enjoy a welcome glass of Prosecco or champagne on arrival and the chance to make two Classic or signature cocktails of your choice from the provided menus, alongside pre-selected snacks for the group.
Classes are available for groups from 2 guests - perfect for date nights and catch-ups out! Smaller groups may be combined with another party. Groups of 8 or more will have a private masterclass - ideal for corporate activities and personal occasions such as Birthdays, Hen Do’s & More.

things to know
Cocktail selections must be submitted at least 3 days prior to your reservation. If we do not receive your choices in time, our mixologist will select the best options for your group.
Groups of 6 or more will have a private masterclass. Smaller groups may be combined with another party.
While no deposit is required, we kindly ask for card authentication of £10 per person in accordance with our 72-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking will incur this amount as a cancellation fee.
All prices include VAT and exclude a 12.5% service charge. The Classic Cocktail Masterclass lasts approximately 1 hour (depending on group size), and the Shanghai Cocktail Masterclass lasts around 1 hour 30 minutes.
